Laura Guidry-Grimes, PhD, HEC-C is Associate Staff Ethicist at Cleveland Clinic, and she has faculty appointments in the Department of Medicine at Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine and the Department of Bioethics at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. She provides ethics consultation and support for main campus as well as regional hospitals and clinics in northeast Ohio, and she is an embedded ethicist with the gender affirming care teams. She regularly teaches on disability bioethics, psychiatric ethics, feminist bioethics, and bias in chart noting for students across the health professions, graduate programs, and baccalaureate programs. She is a member of ClinicPride and serves on the Clinical Transformations DEI Committee, and she contributes to the ASBH DEI Webinar Task Force.
