Stephanie Tillman, CNM, FACNM (she/they) is a PhD student in Health Care Ethics at Saint Louis University and a midwife, educator, writer, and activist in Chicago. After almost ten years in clinical practice she completed a Clinical Ethics Fellowship at the University of Chicago MacLean Center and her doctoral research at SLU focuses on consent in intimate exams through frameworks of feminist ethics and queer theory.
