Dr. Adrienne Novick, (DBe, MS, HEC-C) is the Director of Bioethics, North Region, at Hackensack Meridian Health. She is an Assistant Professor at the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine and has completed a Clinical Ethics Fellowship. Dr. Novick holds a Doctorate in Bioethics from Loyola University in Chicago, has a national certification in healthcare clinical ethics consultations (HEC-C) and has participated in over 500 bioethics consultations.

Dr. Novick is a Bioethics Consultant, specializing in cultivating bioethical awareness among healthcare professionals. Her work includes leading hospital bioethics committees, developing continuing education programs, presenting at national conferences, and authoring publications in seven peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Novick is particularly focused on improving communication surrounding ethical considerations in healthcare settings to enhance patient care.

Dr. Novick is a Jewish, straight, well-educated, divorced mother of 3 children who identifies with she/her pronouns. Adrienne's Interests include opera and her french bulldog named Brody.
