Danielle Wilfand is a fourth-year MD/MA in Bioethics dual degree student at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. Her writing focuses on the experience of living with chronic illness, examining her experiences existing at the interface of being both a patient and a medical professional. Her research interests include narrative medicine and its applications in medical education and medical charting.
