Margot Hedlin, MD, MS, is an attending physician practicing hospital medicine at Harborview Medical Center, and an Assistant Professor of Clinical Practice at the University of Washington School of Medicine. She earned her MS in Bioethics from Albert Einstein College of Medicine-Benjamin Cardozo School of Law. She writes and speaks on the ethical and emotional challenges of clinical practice, co-hosting CoreIM's "At the Bedside" podcast and publishing essays in journals such as The New England Journal of Medicine, the Journal of General Internal Medicine, and JAMA.
