Dominic Moore, MD FAAP FAAHPM (he/him/his)

Dr. Dominic Moore is Senior Medical Director for Intermountain Health Home Services, which includes Palliative Care, Hospice, and Home Health, with a mission is to ensure the highest quality serious illness care is available to all people. He also supports Medical Ethics and Chaplaincy as well. Dr. Moore also serves as the Division Chief for Pediatric Palliative Care and an Associate Professor in the University of Utah School of Medicine. He is a member of the Gold Humanism Honor Society and focuses his academic work on responsible prescribing, self-care for providers, and the role that spirituality plays in healthcare interactions. Dr. Moore enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, and writing/recording music.
