Molly Sinderbrand, PhD (she/her) is the Staff Associate Director of the Master of Bioethics program at the University of Pennsylvania. Apart from her work advising bioethics students, her research and teaching interests focus on organizational ethics, social norm change, and philanthropy. She has designed and taught courses in nonprofit ethics, corporate social responsibility, business ethics, and social norms theory. She has also consulted for philanthropic social change programs. She is interested in norms within organizations and how healthcare organizations can function ethically as non-profit or mission-driven institutions.
Molly received her bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Washington University in St Louis, a Master's of Applied Ethics through a joint program between Utrecht University and Linkoping University, and a PhD in Philosophy from University of Pennsylvania.
